Just an awful experience. Ticket Spicket is the app we used to use, without any issues, but it was bought and merged with HomeTown Fan App. Purchasing tickets is so much harder now, if you can even find the event you are trying to attend. Season passes being lost after the app transition. And on, and on, and on ... I removed my payment account because I'm afraid that will become compromised as well. Just a masterclass in how to screw up a great app by selling it to a second rate team. 0 stars.

My account has reset every week for 4 straight weeks. This also resets the maximum amount of tickets I am allowed each week. As a result, I have to contact someone, usually in a rush right before my game, to set my account up again. very inconvenient, and once my family didn't even get the tickets because we ran out of time. The transfer option now requires the recipient's email address and cell phone. I don't have all of my family member's emails memorized so this option is NOT user friendly.

I purchased a season passes for my kids high school. Worked fine for football season. Halfway through basketball season my passes disappeared. No matter what I tried I can't get them back on this app. Support sucked too. Thankfully I was able to find a screen shot of the pass and was able to use that. This app and it's support sucks.
